What is the subscription policy?
When you subscribe, you'll enjoy hassle-free automatic deliveries at your chosen frequency. You can easily manage your subscription through your customer account—pause, skip, or cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. Subscription orders are processed using the payment method on file, and you'll receive an email notification before each shipment. Can I customize the items in my MaxxBox?
Currently, MaxxBox does not offer customization options for individual items within the box. Each box is carefully curated to provide a balanced selection of products that contribute to overall wellness and self-care.
If I start a subscription plan with MaxxBox, will I recieve multiple Gua Shas?
Each customer is eligible to receive one free Gua Sha tool total. This means the free gift is limited to one per customer, no matter how many MaxxBox units you buy or how many separate orders you place.
What should I do if my box arrives damaged or contains defective items?
If your box arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You will need to provide your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your case and may offer a replacement if the damage is verified.
What is your refund policy?
